→ HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I wish I could say Thanksgiving was just another day for me. Being thankful for the important people in our lives should not be done on this one particular day but on any given day. Life is so precious to waste, and I find myself trying to be the best I can be while affecting others. I'm always thinking what if a person leaves and my last impression made was a bad one? I'd have to live my life with that regret.

These past few month I've tried to better myself as a person, to cherish the people I care for the most. Not only to think it but to say and show it. It's definitely hard for me to straight up say to my close friends and family "I'm so happy you're in my life" but hey, I really am..

Life is precious, I'll say it again. Get a grip of it and just live life. As cliche as it sounds, tomorrow is not promised.

I've been blessed with a really good life, and I thank God for that. I'm really thankful for all my friends and family that's shaped me to the person I am today, thank you for being there for me. Not just the present people in my life, the ones in the past I cherish too. Experience is a big part in life and it is for us to move on, so whether it was struggles or laughs, it has helped me along the way.

thinking of the past, I'm glad you were a good chunk of my life..

→ REMEMBER ME

This Friday must have been one of my most chillest, illest. I was working with 4 hours of sleep due to studying for midterms the night before but I felt I did good on it so that started my day off. After school I went to Costco to grab some food for Andrew and I, and headed to church. Got to see my father-figure Allan which is always a good thing. After I went to go ball up with KK and later Henry came along, I satisfied my craving of playing ball since I haven't played in such a long realizing my endurance is totally crap. After we headed to Outback Steak for Yan's birthday and the night just kept getting funner, everyone was just laughing and ish it was great.

After we went to watch Remember Me @ Yan's house, the movie was so cute, well at lease Emille De Ravin was. She had some nice eyes and a cute butt.... RAVIN' indeed! Haha the ending was a trip but the movie was pretty good overall.

→ GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS 2010-2011

Here goes my thoughts on the Golden State Warriors this season, definitely different. Our offseason moves have been huge and it's seems to be making us a better team... for once. New front office, new coach, and 8 new players. First I want to commend Nellie for his time with the Warriors, everyone saying he was a bad coach needs to think again. He was great, things just did not work out. At first I did not approve of the trade to acquire David Lee at all but thinking about it in the summer it was indeed a really good move. Moving 3 injured players for an All Star? Decent decent. I just wished we would have signed back Chris Hunter and Anthony Tolliver.

Anyways, opening night was really dope. It was a up and down roller coaster with our offense leading the way (Monta shooting over 70% tying is Career high on points). But seeing these past few games our defense is actually present on the roll sheet. Just watched the Utah Jazz game go down and I have never seen Warriors cause so many 24 shot clock violations, Keith Smart is really emphasizing defense and I love it. Steals and blocks are happening, and thats exactly what we need to go with our gambling offense. Currently 4-1 but undefeated at home with 4 wins, hopefully we can keep that ratio. But reality is we won't but I just wish we can prove something to the league that we are no longer D-Leaguers and we can actually play some decent ball to earn respect.

Coach - Keith Smart - Doing a pretty good job, loving the defense the Warriors are focusing on. Seeing some creative plays to get easy jump shots.

Starting 5:
Curry - PG - Doing absolutely amazing, averaging 20.5 pts, 2.0 rebs, 8.5 ast. Kid Curry is a key player for our team as we are pretty much bulding our franchise around the deserved ROY.. Side note, he suffered an ankle injury said to be minor. I want to see Curry throughout the next 77 games.
Monta - G - This offseason Ellis has went through some sort of epiphany, he is now a changed man. His relationship with Curry is no longer awkward, and his leadership skills are shining on the court. I feel the chemistry is building as Monta's positive vibes are bringing the team together. No old news, Ellis is still a scoring machine as he healthy and relentless when driving to the rack. His sharing IQ has been shown as he is passing more and getting people wide open shots.
Wright - SF - Dorrell Wright has always been a good player, as he was a shadow in his seasons with the Miami Heat playing garbage time. This year is his blow out year and he's been one hell of a pick up filling in our SF position. His avgs are 20.5 pts, 5.5 rbs, 1.5 asts, Wright known for his defense has surprisingly shocked the world as his 3 pts are deadly and his offense is sturdy. Loving the acquisition.
Lee - PF - A new player to the squad and he is picking up where he left off last year in New York, his offense has decreased but his rebounds are still up there as this factor is what we lacked all last season. Lee's IQ is great and his love for the game is something to take notice of. His leadership is great, seeing him holding back Monta from talking more smack to the ref was just lovely. Hoping for him to step up on defense to build a defensive presence in the key as it will be helpful for our upcoming season.
Biedrins - C - A player I personally lost hope in but has been persuading me to keep believing. I was actually told that last year was just terrible because of injuries and this year he will be back to his unstoppable left hand hook. I'm seeing him be a bit more aggressive but honest, Andris' IQ for the game is low. Defense is terrible, and he attracts fouls like no other. But I definitely believe he can improve, just grab boards and I think we'll be on good terms Beans.

Bench:
R. Williams - Slow start, hoping for a good game to spark his season. Really good guy and I want him to do good.
R. Carney - Defensive player lacking the offensive side of the game. Great defender but not totally confident on him taking shots, prove me wrong.
D. Ganzuric - This guy.. not the best player but he is somewhat a defensive presence when on the floor. Not really coordinate but he's filling in the spot well.
B. Wright - Needs to really step up and earn his minutes, I want to see him succeed also but he really needs to work hard. I still believe his talent can bring something to the table.
V. Radmanovic - Has to be consistent on his 3's and play smart, I'm seeing sloppy plays from him but he can be a decent if he's comfortable on the court.
J. Lin - Fan favorite, but I doubt he will be getting much time this season. So fans please do not bag on Keith Smart on not playing him.. There is a reason for his bench sitting. I feel Lin is a great player but is not ready for the NBA. He's just not comfortable on the court.
E. Udoh - Possibly coming back in January, hearing good things about him being a hardworker and his desire to help the team. His work ethnic as he loves the team and his rehabbing faster than stated.
C. Bell - a guard that can work hard but isn't all that great, just a fill in slot for the dubs. 3 point shooter but is scrappy which is always a good thing.
J. Adrien - a big guy that has yet to prove much but he was chosen from other players from the preseason team so he must be decent. What I know his he is a rebounder and someone that is good at boxing out.
L. Amundson - I actually like Lous, a big hustle player that plays his heart out every possession can't wait to see what he brings to the table after his injury.

That's about it, I really want to see some killer pick and rolls from Steph and Dave but haven't seen that yet. Definitely excited for this season, I'm hoping for a 45-37 season. As good as we look right now, it may be possible!

→ 2010 MLB WORLD SERIES CHAMPS!

Everything seemed so surreal, watching this journey of the underdogs San Francisco Giants strive to get into the playoffs trailing the Padres most of September. Then coming to the postseason where every sport analysis chose the opponent to win but us Giants shocked the world. Beating the Braves 3-1 in NLDS, destroying Phillie's outstanding pitchers with the help of Cody Ross the Boss, and coming to Texas as runner ups and straight murking them was... incredible. The feeling was crazy! Everywhere you went in the bay area, you'd see people having Giants attire on. Black and Orange everywhere! It brought a great spirit to San Francisco and it was well deserved after waiting 56 years for another ring. Torture indeed.

This series against the Texas Rangers were due to our pitchers/bullpen; they were phenomenal... I don't know one night they were off. Tim Lincecum in Game 1 and 5 lived up to his name "The Freak"; he killed it with 10 K's in game 5, Matt Cain was superb in Game 2 (9-0) as he did not allow an earned run, Game 3 Jonathan Sanchez pitched decent but the early runs got into his head which resulted in our only loss, Game 4 Madison Bumgarner the rook pitched another shut out (4-0) to embarrass the fans at Arlington. But you'd have to thank Edgar Renteria the frog for being so clutch in the World Series, thank goodness for Bruce Bochy's lineups. Without a doubt this was a team effort, everybody contributed to get here and get things done. The reaction of the players were so uplifting, the team chemistry was something to be proud of. All the hugging, jumping around and champagne popping during the ceremonies made me so happy to be a fan. Excuse my language but #FUCKYEAH #SFGIANTS #WORLDSERIESCHAMPS #THEFREAK

There's so much more to say! But forget it, you guys get the deal! We won in the World Series! Go Giants!
